2022 | Summer School

Elite Level Training for Those Who Want More

365 PHA Summer School focuses on developing elite level hockey players of high character and integrity. We strive to teach our players skills that will help them on and off the ice as they continue to grow as a player and person.

Players will receive 4x on-ice sessions per week, along with 5x off-ice sessions per week:

• Group 1 will be on the ice Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Group 2 will be on the ice Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Group 3 will be on the ice Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

On the day(s) your group is on-ice, players will be at the rink for approximately 3 ½ – 4 hours. Two of those three days the players will also have off-ice activities such as stick handling, vision training, and team building activities.

On the day(s) your group is not on-ice, players will be at the rink for approximately 2 – 2 ½ hours.

We will also be offering a snack table every Wednesday, which will mirror the nutritional practice the players will learn through our seminars. This will educate the players on which snacks are healthiest and most beneficial for young athletes while training.

Fridays will include many different enrichment activities such as yoga, nutrition seminars, sleep & recovery education, as well as community service opportunities.

We will be offering four groups for 2022 Summer School. Group placement will be assigned by staff.

• College/Pro: High-level Juniors, DI & DIII NCAA, Professional
• Group #1: Birth Years 02, 03, 04, 05, 06
• Group #2: Birth Years 06, 07, 08, 09
• Group #3: Birth Years 09, 10, 11, 12, *13 Upon Approval
